- How can I order custom items from Saucebox?
- Our online ordering features should be ready soon. In the meantime, a phone call or an email will work just fine! You can find that information in the Help Center, or request a quote on a specific item by browsing through our catalog.
- Why do I have to order so many at a time? Can't I just get one of something?
- Unfortunately, screen printing is not the right process for creating single items. There are digital processes that are optimized for that type of job, but screen printing is intended to be a good option for orders of 24 or more. While we do not have minimum orders on some of our items, you'll probably find that ordering one item wouldn't be worth the setup costs. Next question.
- How long will my order take?
- Most orders ship within 10 business days, starting from the time the final artwork is approved. Especially large or technical orders, or orders that require specialized garments or materials can take longer. Before you make final art approval, you will be notified of the ship date.
- Do pictures and logos cost more than just words?
- Not necessarily. Since the price of screen printing depends mainly on the number of ink colors used, adding a logo to lettering does not impact cost so long as they are of the same color. Things like photographs, however, cost more since they typically require many colors or more complex printing techniques.
