Design Services
We offer top-notch design services as well as high-quality promotional printing. If you don't have a design in mind, we can offer options or provide you templates to give you ideas. All screen charges include 1/2 hour of design time to allow for simple design modifications.
Special Services
We provide a range of special services to make your shirts shine. We can individually fold and bag your shirts, or attach custom hang tags for brand identification.
We also offer a wide variety of specialty inks and ink effects to give your designs an original look. For athletic teams, personalized naming and numbering are also available
Ink Colors
We offer 16 standard ink colors. Pantone (PMS) color matching available for $15 per color. For a selection of Pantone colors, click here.
Artwork Guidelines
While we accept all forms of artwork, digital formats are best. We prefer vector (Adobe Illustrator, .eps, and .pdf), but high resolution bitmaps (300 dpi at print size) are good too.
Sketches and drawings are permitted, but extensive retouching may incur design charges. Visit or extended Artwork Requirements page for more detailed info.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard service is Fedex Ground. Other services or carrier account billing available. Free delivery is available for Metro Atlanta Universities and businesses.
Production Time
Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be ready for pickup or shipment 10 working days from receipt of artwork and deposit. Rush service available for extra charge.
Samples
Print samples are randomly chosen and are available for free. Product samples can be requested and will be subject to a charge, usually equal to twice the base price
Proofing
Before a job goes to press, you will be presented with an electronic or faxed proof. Customers are responsible for all proofreading and design approval, so make sure to inspect these proofs carefully. If the finished product matches the approved proof, you will bear any and all costs relating to repair or replacement of finished goods
For most items, a preproduction proof can be obtained for an extra charge. In some cases this charge will be refunded when a production order is placed.
