Request a Quote.
While the base prices listed in the catalog will give you an idea of the relative cost of various items, your specific design and order quantity have a big effect on price as well. For this reason, you will need to request a quote to know the precise costs involved in your job. This part is easy: simply fill in the Quote Request Form that is available on the catalog page for the product you are interested in. We will respond with a quote or any questions we might have within 24 hours.
Artwork: Submit & Consult.
If you are have your design files ready, great! Simply email them to us and let us put a proof together for you. If you need design assistance, you can email to us any raw materials you have, such as sponsor logos, official branding elements, or even sketches of your ideas. We'll go through a few rounds of design critique to make sure we arrive at something you're going to love.
Finalize the Order.
When all of the design and garment specifics are settled, the order will be ready for submission to press. You will need to approve a final proof, as well as the itemized price quote. Please inspect the final graphics and the final quote BEFORE YOU APPROVE. Once it is submitted, the design and garment order will be very difficult to change, and in most cases will necessitate an extra charge. Upon submission, a deposit will be due in the amount of 50% of the order total. Since order turnaround time begins at order submission, you will also be given your ship date at this point, or your delivery date if you are an Atlanta-area customer.
Receive the Order.
This is the fun part. You get your shirts, hats, or whatever you ordered, and then you smile. Also, the remaining 50% of the order cost will be due on shippin/local delivery. We try to keep that part as fun as possible as well, but we suggest that you just concentrate on your new shirts!
